the gym was well-equipped. i found the staff there especially helpful, specifically george. he helped me with the equipment, and i got started with some cardio training after many years.
the pool was small. it looked crowded when just a few people were present. the happy hour deal at the pool bar was unfortunately not included. this was disappointing.

The staff was very professional. They greeted me warmly at the front door. The room had a comfortable bed and good morning light. The shower was excellent too.
The lunch was not great. The pool water was cold. Nobody swam. The lunch prices are high. The food isn't worth it. tips are expected, but you need to pay with cash.

i especially loved the premiere suite it was like a spacious apartment. the whirlpool tub offered fine views perfect for unwinding after a long day i extended my stay twice because of it.
my final days had a few issues. the staff handled them with professionalism. they did everything possible to improve my experience. i think more attention could be given to maintenance checks.

the hotel provides complimentary tea upon arrival. the lobby bar offers a happy hour with discounted drinks. i liked the 12th-floor sauna very much. the steam room was top notch. it was relaxing!
the pool is not heated, made swimming slightly uncomfortable in the evening.

The room had several amenities. Tea, coffee, iron, and bottled water were included. Bathroom accessories were a very nice touch. The breakfast buffet offered many options.
The laundry service was expensive. The hotel did not inform me about gym classes. I was not shown around upon arrival.
